This update will correct issues affecting some Java users following the installation of Mac OS X v10.3.9 Software Update. After updating to Mac OS X 10.3.9, some systems may have issues with Java applications and Java-enabled websites when using Safari. Safari may unexpectedly quit, and standalone Java applications may unexpectedly quit or not launch. This update resolves that issue.

This download will update your ATI video drivers. The iMac Firmware Update 4.1.9 will only run on iMac computers with slot-loading CD or DVD drives running Mac OS 9.1 or later from a local drive. If you are using Mac OS X you must boot from a local Mac OS 9.1 or later writeable partition (not a CD or network disk) prior to following the update instructions.

This installer will place a PostScript Printer Description (PPD) file on your system and allow you to use your printer with Mac OS X version 10.0.3 or higher. Mac OS X version 10.0.3 has very limited support for PPDs. Apple has assured Minolta-QMS and other printer manufacturers that they are working to improve PPD support in future versions of Mac OS X.
