This updater will update only retail versions of Hard Disk ToolKit 2.5. FWB recommends that you perform a clean install of Hard Disk ToolKit 2 before performing the update. This ensures that you have a good set of applications and extensions to update. Version 2.5.3 adds support for the creation of HFS+ volumes, fixes bugs, and is now compatible with OS 8.5.
