MathLib is a PalmOS shared library which makes a complete set of IEEE-754 double-precision math functions available to other PalmPilot applications. These functions include all the standard routines normally accessed by including ""math.h"" on other systems, including trigonometry (with inverse and hyperbolic), logarithms, exponentiation, and miscellaneous helper functions. The only standard routines I left out were the Bessel and Gamma functions, which had the poor taste to be both very large and very rarely used. These routines have been ported from the GCC 2.7.2.2 source code for libm.a (which was itself based on free code originally developed by Sun Microsystems, Inc.), so this library is free software covered by the GNU Library General Public License.

Having trouble with DST 2007, the new Daylight Savings Time change. Pre-Windows Vista machines need to be updated to handle it. XP can update from Automatic Updates, but what pre-XP machines. Microsoft's answer is to run a DST editor on EACH machine. This is why Day Saver can save an average admin with 50 or more pre-XP PCs on his/her network an entire day of manually updated each machine with Microsoft's utility TZEdit.

tinyBasic is just a developer's game, the development of a minimalist Basic interpreter for Palm by using iziBasic. I then ported the source code to PP & NaPP for Palm and also to Free Pascal for PC.
tinyBasic is a quick & dirty Tiny BASIC interpreter for Palm.
Source code versions are available in Basic (iziBasic) and Pascal (PP, NaPP and Free Pascal), to be found in the download package together with full documentation. A project to implement an open source driver for Apple powerbooks. The project was started as an alternative to SideTrack (which isn't free) and an improvement upon iScroll2. It acheives its advanced features by running the trackpad in what is called "absolute" mode. This means that the driver can tell exactly what part of the pad your finger is touching. The Apple driver (and iScroll2) both run the pad in "relative" mode, and while that facilitates a simpler driver because the pad does most of the work, it is very limiting of what you can do.
Most notably running in "absolute" mode allows the driver:
- Two-finger scrolling like the new Apple laptops with the new USB trackpads;
- Linear scroll regions that can be placed anywhere. This adds the functionality of a scroll-wheel;
- Hotspots to bind taps in the corners of the trackpad to alternate mouse buttons;
- Ability to remap the physical button to perform any type of mouse click.
The driver is NOT designed for use with the new 2005 PowerBooks nor is it based upon the newer driver for them. It is entirely based upon the original Darwin ADB trackpad driver with the information for how to activate "absolute" mode taken from the ScrollPad project. The preferences daemon and the two-finger scrolling code is taken from the iScroll2 project as we didn't really want to reinvent the whole wheel. At some point we intend to remove the iScroll2 scroll code, though. We believe it is possible to make the code much better if it utilises absolute coordinate information instead of just relative movement.

Video can be captured at 640 x 480 at 29.97 frames per second for NTSC video sources, and 640 x 480 at 25 frames per second for PAL/SECAM sources.
