It offers an automated help assistant for the creation of prints, allowing optional tuning for resolution and color. The Adobe Acrobat PDF files which are generated can be personalized with the properties of title and author, and secured by means of a password which allows the control of the extraction of text or images, annotations, print, and the alteration of content.
Documalis Free Printer can save files automatically in a given directory, according to a configured naming rule and a definable dating procedure. The documents thus generated can be previewed and automatically reprinted on another printer. Documalis Free Printer can also generate text, JPEG, PNG, BMP, or TIFF files. PDF prints can be automatically redirected towards a Documalis Free Basket for automated transfer via FTP, email, or network copy.
