Also, for the first time in Messenger Plus!s history, backward compatibility has been dropped. This means that this version only works with Windows XP and above and requires at least Windows Live Messenger 8.00 (final public version). You may notice that some previous features from Messenger Plus! 3 are missing. Some have simply been deprecated, others (like the emoticon panel) will be added back in a future update.
