It can execute other tasks apart from the normal printer driver tasks. OPTIsend Print creates and sends simple PDF files. Automatically e-mail, fax, and/or transform the document to an XML-e-document, detect and use information on the print, add extra information to a print (watermark, logo), archive information on the network or on the Internet, create a note in an Outlook calendar, add a task to the task list in Outlook.
