The AmbiCom Wireless PCI Adapter combines security and design features of the PC Card with its desktop adapter. The Win-AR is a software-based Access Router solution allowing the use of an 802.11b client (PC Card and PCI Adapter) as an Access Router. The Win-AR utilizes IP-sharing to provide multiple clients the capability to access the Internet. It is the best wireless solution for non-Ethernet broadband devices as it brings wireless AR functionality to USB and PCI Adapters, Cable Modem/DSL or internal/external V.90 analog modems.
